Information for Kids Parties

Paintball Park Kidderminster strives to provide a really enjoyable day out for your child’s special day out. We understand how important it is for you to organise your visit in the finest detail so that it is a fun, successful visit.

Let’s face it, taking a group of children to shoot at each other can be quite daunting. With that in mind, we have provided you with all the information you need to plan your day out including all the important information relevant to your risk assessment.

Paintballing is a brilliant way for your child to have a great time with their friends, improve on their teamwork and get outside. Children in the past have been blown away by our amazing game zones and have returned many times.

Junior Paintballing Equipment

The 0.5c paintball equipment has been designed to be a low impact version of paintball because it uses smaller paintballs (0.50c rather than 0.68c) fired at a lower velocity. This version of the game has been designed for lower ages although it's still just as fun for kids of all ages!

The equipment has been engineered so kids (and adults!) ages 8+ can easily cock, load, and fire the markers ensuring your child will enjoy hours and hours of safe, outdoor fun.

Itinerary of the day

On arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in, you won’t need to accompany the groups the paintball fields, unless you want to and tea and coffee is available at base camp.

Your children will be kitted out with all the gear needed for the day and then have the compulsory safety talk, you need to be at this. Then the action begins!

There will be 4-6 games during a 3 hour period with short refreshment breaks in between to reload paintballs and discuss tactics.

The day can be personalised to suit your needs and can be a half day experience if required.

Clothing

It’s important that the children wear comfortable clothes and may also want to bring a change of clothes. We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/ rubber soles - it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the woodlands. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, but we would advise you to bring their own.

First aid

Visiting groups are responsible for the first aid needs of their group. Should a serious incident occur we have staff that are first aid trained.

When the safety talk is given by our marshals - your will need to manage behaviour so that the children are listening to the really important rules of safety such as not removing their goggles during game play etc.

Please note that our risk assessments are for guidance only and visit organisers are advised to complete their own risk assessment prior to a visit.
