500 PAINTBALLS
Our 500 paintball package is enough to keep the action rolling all day. But if you need a resupply, you can purchase 100 paintballs for only £9.50.

8 Exciting Game Zones For School or College Trips
With eight unique game zones to cater to all individuals, your paintball college trip won’t be short of options to choose from. Whether students are dodging behind tanks and helicopters on the Battlefield, facing off in the Wild West saloon or navigating the wrecked cars of Junk in the Trunk, every game zone is designed to challenge and excite.
Each course has its own unique map and state-of-the-art props like military vehicles, towers and dynamic mazes, ensuring an action-packed and immersive experience. Navigating around these different zones with classmates promotes teamwork and problem-solving skills within all groups. Even in the half-day session, your paintball school trip will experience multiple zones, leaving them with great memories and maybe even a few history lessons inspired by our military-themed areas.
Paintball School & College Information
At PPK, we take health and safety very seriously for all groups, especially in schools and colleges. Risk assessments help teachers and parents feel at ease, and we always ensure students are given age-appropriate equipment tailored to their level of ability. Rest assured that our DBS-checked marshals provide full supervision, with each game being carefully monitored to keep things fun and fair.
Whether you’re booking for a small class or a large year group, we ensure a well-organised day full of team building. Students will work on their communication and leadership skills and have fun while doing so.
AGE-APPROPRIATE PAINTBALL EQUIPMENT
Younger groups get a slightly different experience than adult groups to ensure a lower impact and safer game. These younger groups get age-appropriate paintball markers that are much lighter and easier to operate than our standard models, which makes the whole experience safer for everyone involved. We also ensure all paintballs are fired at a lower velocity so there’s no foul play or painful experiences.
FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS
We know how important it is to refuel before a paintball game. We can arrange for pizza to be delivered to the site for paintball school trips to enjoy during the middle of the day. This saves your team from having to worry about organising packed lunches.
We also have hot and cold food, drinks and snacks available to purchase at our centre to get everyone in your group ready for the second round of activities.
CLOTHING
We urge school groups to wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to run around in. We provide overalls and helmets to go over the top, but students must wear appropriate clothing underneath. For footwear, we recommend comfortable boots or trainers with good ankle support to deal with uneven, muddy and wet terrain.
A change of clothing is also advisable at the end of the day – there’s nothing worse than having cold and wet clothes on the coach journey home
FIRST AID AND SAFETY
Everyone undertakes a safety briefing with our expertly trained marshals. We have the DBS and risk assessment aspects covered, and our marshals are trained to help students focus on having fun while keeping safety in mind throughout the day. The safety briefing also lets your team practice in our firing range before letting them loose in the game zones.
All games are also supervised by first aid staff to ensure that all safety equipment is worn properly throughout the day, and our marshals are physically out on the field keeping a keen eye.

TEAMBUILDING AND SOCIAL SKILLS
Working in teams with others on strategies and tactics improves communication and collaboration between groups. Students get the chance to work with others they may not usually mix with, and it’s often surprising how some students rise to the challenge of leadership and working with others.

WHAT AGES ARE SCHOOL AND COLLEGE PAINTBALL TRIPS AIMED AT?
Junior paintball is catered to children between the ages of 8-11 and includes lightweight versions of the markers to ensure a lower impact game. Younger groups get a slightly different experience than older groups, and health and safety are always a top priority.
School trips of students 11 years old and above can play in the full-on adult game zones with all the adult equipment and paintballs.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN PARTICIPATE IN A GAME OF PAINTBALL?
A paintball session can start with as few as ten people, and we can be flexible on the maximum number of team members. We do our best to cater to groups of all sizes and abilities to make sure your school or college has the most fun and safe paintballing experience possible.

HOW LONG WILL A PAINTBALL SESSION LAST?
The length of time your school or college adult paintball session lasts depends on whether it’s a half-day or full-day slot.
- Half-day adult paintball sessions last around 3 hours 15 for the whole session, including check in, safety briefings and the games themselves. Choose to start at 09:00 or 12:30 and enjoy 6 paintball games.
- For a full-day session, your school or college group will begin the day at 09:00 and finish at 15:45 and you can enjoy 12 games with a much-needed lunch break halfway through.
WILL IT BE SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Safety is the number one priority when organising a paintball session, for adults and children alike. We make sure all players are aware of the safety regulations and the importance of protective clothing and equipment so any injuries or hazards are prevented.
All games are carefully monitored by qualified staff to ensure safe play and that all protective clothing like goggles, helmets and chest protectors stay intact.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY?
There’s not much you have to bring with you on the day; just make sure all players are wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, including long sleeves, trousers and sturdy footwear. A change of clothes is also recommended for afterwards.
