Typically, anyone who is over the age of 18 can play paintball, but younger players are allowed as long as they receive signed permission from a guardian. It is generally understood that 12-14 is the prime age to start learning how to play paintball, as it is around that age that you can understand the rules and abide by them best. Don’t let age put you off! We offer a junior paintball option suitable for children aged 8-13 years old, with the option for group booking so adults and older children can join in too.

You don’t need insurance to play, all of our game zones come with insurance if there are any issues. Everything you need to play is included in the price.

Do you need to be fit to play paintball?

You don’t need to be incredibly fit to play, average fitness is sufficient. Of course, the fitter you are the better you may play, but it is not essential. It is likely if you play regularly, you’ll get a lot fitter naturally.

Can a 13-year-old play paintball?
Yes. Anyone can play paintball! If you are over 18 years old, you can play without hassle. But if you are below 18, you’ll need a guardian to provide you with signed confirmation that you can play. This is in case of any injuries or issues when playing if you’re a minor.
